G.R. is the Chief Executive Officer of NSI, based out of our Huntersville, NC headquarters. He joined NSI in 2016 and has over 30 years of experience in leadership roles.

Prior to his work with NSI, G.R. was the CEO of Hartland Controls for two years.

His other past experiences include Division President and Global Commercial Leader positions with Power Products, LLC, Business Unit Leader and VP positions with Global Actuant Electrical, a VP/GM role with Invensys Controls and other sales and marketing roles with Magnifoam Technology, GE and Goldschmidt Industrial Chemical.

Michael is the Chief Information Officer at NSI, based out of our Huntersville, NC headquarters. He joined NSI in 2022 and has more than 25 years of experience in IT and Digital roles.

Prior to NSI, he was a Senior Executive Partner with Gartner, a role he began in 2016.

His other past experiences include being the VP of IT at Red Hat, Senior Director of IT for the Markel Corporation and nine years of experience with Capital One in Director and Senior Director roles.

He received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration: Accounting from Mount Olive University and a master’s in Management of IT from the University of Virginia.

Kenya is the Chief Operating Officer at NSI, based out of our Huntersville, NC headquarters. He joined NSI in 2021 and has more than 25 years of experience in assorted management roles.

Prior to NSI, he was a General Manager at Norton Door Controls for three years.

His other past experiences include VP of Operations and Director roles with JELD-WEN Inc, a General Manager position with Precision Castparts, ten years of experience in plant manager and manufacturing roles with Colfax and materials roles with Cooper Industries Ltd.

He received a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Louisiana State University and an MBA from Wake Forest University.

Mike Pruss is the Chief Financial Officer at NSI, based out of our Huntersville, NC headquarters. He joined NSI in 2020 and has over 30 years of experience in financial leadership roles.

Prior to NSI, Mike was the SVP and CFO of PlayPower, Inc., a role he began in 2011.

His earlier experiences include being SVP and CFO of Jackson Safety/Kimberly-Clark for seven years, SVP and CFO of WorldPages, Inc. for three years, and controller or auditor roles with Falcon Products, Argosy Gaming Company and Arthur Andersen.

He received a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Dave DiDonato is the Chief Commercial Officer at NSI, based out of our Huntersville, NC Headquarters. He joined NSI in 2017 and has more than 35 years of experience in the Electrical and Industrial markets, including Sales, Marketing and Channel Management roles.

Prior to NSI, Dave served as CEO of Quick Cable Corporation for three years.

His past experiences include a VP of Sales position with the Acutant Corporation, manager roles with Ideal Industries, a VP position with SupplyFORCE and sales roles with Allen Bradley – Rockwell Automation and the Westinghouse Electrical Company.

His received a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Union College.

Jim Piazza is the Vice President of Marketing at NSI, based out of our Huntersville, NC headquarters. He joined NSI in 2021 and has over 28 years of experience in marketing.

Prior to NSI, Jim was the Director of Segment Marketing & eCommerce at MSC Industrial Supply Co., a role he began in 2015.

He also previously held several marketing leadership positions at Lowe’s, including Marketing Manager roles, Director of Marketing roles, Intent Architect, Director of New Business Development and Director of Business Planning & Strategy for Marketing.

He received a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Illinois State University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University.

Rick is the Vice President of Human Resources at NSI, based out of our Huntersville, NC headquarters. He joined NSI in 2017 and has over 29 years of experience in HR.

Prior to NSI, Rick was a Human Resources Manager with Boral for two years.

His other past experience include HR Manager and Director positions with SEL, Elster, Bell Canada and Kidde, a Division of United Technologies Corporation, and HR positions within Nortel Networks and Alltel.

He received a bachelor’s degree from NC Wesleyan University.

Damon Anderson is the Vice President of Global Sourcing at NSI, based out of our Huntersville, NC headquarters. He joined NSI in 2017 and has over 24 years of experience.

Prior to NSI, Damon held leadership roles in Sourcing and Marketing with Newell Brands, primarily working with tools, plastics, healthcare and Rubbermaid, for 15 years.

He also has more than 20 years of experience teaching English in China and held a Business Development Specialist position at VerticalNet.

He received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Samford University.

Joe is the President of the Electrical Division at NSI, based out of our Huntersville, NC headquarters. He joined NSI in 2022 and has over thirty years of experience, 24 of them in the electrical industry.

Prior to NSI, Joe was the VP of Sales at Ideal Industries, INC. for six years.

He also previously served as the VP/General Manager at SK Hand Tools, as VP of Sales and Marketing and as an RSM at Ideal, as an RSM at Shell, and in other sales positions with Sun Oil Company, Subaru and Black & Decker.

He received a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University.

John MacQuarrie is the President of the HVAC Division at NSI, based out of our Huntersville, NC Headquarters. He joined NSI in 2023 and has over 30 years of experience.

Prior to NSI, John was CEO of White Distribution & Supply.

His other past experiences include a VP and General Manager position at Ingersoll Rand, a Global Communications Director role with Corning, a VP role with TowerBrook Capital Partners and other leadership positions with TPG Capital, WSC Industrial Supply and more.

He received a BA in Economics and Management from the University of Notre Dame.
