The Bridgeport 1-1/4″ Steel Expansion Coupling is used to compensate for 2″ of lateral movement in either direction for EMT conduit in dry locations. The expansion coupling assembles like a regular EMT set screw coupling.

• Prevent Thermal Stress Damage: Ensure that EMT conduits have space to contract or expand to prevent thermal stresses in the conduit or supporting structures
• Fast and Easy Installation: Operators have no issue installing the steel expansion couplings, as it assembles like a regular EMT set screw coupling
